ABOUT MIHKEL LAAS
Accredited Strength and Conditioning Coach (UKSCA, NSCA), lecturer and researcher with over 15 years of experience helping athletes, teams, and fitness enthusiasts achieve peak performance. He has worked with different football academies, individual athletes, sports clubs, universities and the general population. In addition to being a qualified coach, Mihkel holds a PhD in Sport Science and is a CASES accredited Sport and Exercise Scientist. He combines cutting-edge rehabilitation and recovery strategies, and personalised programming to unlock your true potential.
